This is a directory, not a growth company. We publish scorecards that separate first-year deals from year-2 bills, and court papers from mailbox ads, because those are different products.

Process Score is an independent directory. It grades commercial registered agents, also called statutory agents, or agents for service of process, state by state. Live scorecards: California, Texas, Florida, Delaware, New York, Nevada, Wyoming, Arizona, Illinois, Ohio, Georgia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Colorado, North Carolina, Virginia, Washington, Michigan, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Tennessee, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Oregon, Missouri, Alabama, South Carolina, Arkansas, Connecticut, Utah, and Mississippi.

A registered agent is the person or company who can be handed a lawsuit for the business. The agent accepts court papers and official notices at a physical street during business hours. That is not a virtual mailbox, not a mailbox store, not a virtual office, and not a Maps pin. We say so on every scorecard so a first-time owner does not buy the wrong product.

We are not Northwest Registered Agent, Bizee, LegalZoom, or ZenBusiness. Process Street is a different company. We do not score it.

Grades are not purchased. How we grade is public. If a primary source changes, a Secretary of State FAQ, a law change, or a company price, the page date should move.

Print a price or a street the company page did not publish.
Make up testimonials or star ratings.
Score mailbox, virtual-office, or Google Business Profile products on this site.
Tell you a P.O. Box will satisfy California service of process because a forum said so in 2021.
